Who We Are

Patt & Panchal Associates, better known as PPA was established in the year 1998 by the two principal partners, Ritam Patt and Vipul Panchal. The partners have a collective design experience of years in the field of Architecture and Interior design. We are a comprising of two partners, design associates, assistant designers, 3d visualisers, site supervisers and office assistants. PPA has a diverse portfolio of works, with projects all over India and abroad. In India, the firm has done residences (interiors), corporate offices, Quick Service Restaurants. In Architecture, our firm has designed and executed residential apartment buildings, villas , bungalows, office buildings, factories and drive through projects for the Quick Service Restaurant chain Burger King.. Our team is system driven and we take pride in accurate drawings and speedy delivery of sites. The team enjoys good co-ordination and support of reliable Structural and MEP consultants. Thereby, we can offer a single window service for any typology of projects from concept stage, execution to actualisation.

Design Philosophy

We at PPA are response based architects and designers as we take a lot of effort to respond to the client’s needs, liking and perceptions about the spaces. However, we try to achieve these by our fundamental beliefs and concepts. So we try to reflect the clients personality and perceptions with our tools of design concepts.
